Spiritual Processing Group
A lot of us are feeling the call to be more connected to ourselves and the universe, the One, the Divine, or God, the Goddess, the Sacred Feminine and Masculine, whatever you want to call it.
Often churches are not quite the places where we get our spiritual needs met. We may have started meditating, do Breathwork sessions and Ecstatic Dance, we may do Yoga and Float, cold dips, sauna etc. You may also use Psychedelic Medicines so gain more insight into the nature of reality and release from your psychological blocks.
How do you make sense of the experiences you gain from these experiences? Where is the community where you can be known and supported in your quest?

I am envisioning a group of eight that meets in person every two weeks to do some practices together, have some experiences together and also process what we are doing, integrate our experience. I will offer guided mediations, some psycho-education, sharing circles and visualizations. I will also invite some guest practitioners to lead us through various practices, such as breath work, energy clearing, Gene Keys, for example.
The group will meet biweekly from April 3 until June 25 on Thursday evenings. Along with biweekly sessions, we will also plan a weekend getaway together.
We will also have a chat group, where we can share in between.
The cost is on a pay what you can basis. I am not offering this as claimable on your insurance. This is more an investment in yourself. I suggest that the rate would be $40 to $120 per month.
